I've spoken on cross-cultural mental health education at Columbia University, and presented original research at international psychology and psychiatry conferences, including the World Congress of Psychiatry and the International Congress of Psychology. My work spans topics like trauma-informed care, ethical leadership, and the psychology of empathy.

I write at the intersection of psychology, culture, and politics - exploring everything from mental health and identity in India to what it's really like to sit across from someone as their therapist.
